Rise Up Benefits Group is a U.S.-based health and life insurance agency dedicated to helping individuals and families get the coverage they need. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our virtual team and help us grow through consistent and professional client outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and text leads to schedule appointments
Follow up with warm leads from CRM,
Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed
Update and manage contact records in our CRM system (Go High Level)
Handle basic inquiries and route more complex questions to the agent
Maintain a daily activity log and report performance metrics
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English
Experience in appointment setting or outbound calling (U.S. market)
Comfortable using CRM systems (Go High Level experience is needed)
Strong communication and organization skills
Stable internet connection and noise-canceling headset
Must be professional, reliable, and coachable
Preferred:
Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry
Previous work-from-home experience with U.S.-based clients
