We are 3Axiom Marketing, a U.S.-based digital marketing agency that helps service businesses (like roofing, HVAC, solar, and plumbing) grow through SEO, Paid Ads, Website Design, and Marketing Automation.

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to be the first point of contact with potential business clients. You’ll be responsible for:

Researching service businesses online (via Google, Yelp, directories, etc.)

Identifying businesses that may need help with marketing (e.g., outdated websites, poor reviews, low visibility)

Entering business contact info into our CRM (HighLevel)

Sending first-contact emails or messages using provided templates

Setting appointments if the business is interested

Keeping records and CRM notes clean, accurate, and organized

Reporting on daily outreach and appointment results
