Lam Legal – Trial Lawyers is hiring a full-time Virtual Phone Intake Specialist to be the friendly, professional first point of contact for our law firm. This is a remote position working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (Vancouver) — a night shift in the Philippines. Key Responsibilities
Answer Incoming Calls: Handle approximately 15–20 calls per day from prospective clients with professionalism and care.
Lead Qualification: Follow a provided intake script to pre-qualify leads. Determine if the caller’s case and needs align with our services.
AI-Supported Note-Taking: After each call, an AI-generated summary is sent to your
Schedule Discovery Calls: Book qualified leads for Discovery Calls with our Client Relations Advisor, ensuring smooth handoffs.
Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with missed calls, incomplete leads, and potential clients who haven’t scheduled.
CRM Management: Update lead/client data in our CRM (Lawmatics). Maintain complete and accurate records.
Administrative Support: Conduct conflict checks, assist with retainer agreements, and verify ID information prior to consultations.

What We’re Looking For
Excellent spoken and written English
Reliable internet and hardware to ensure nearly 100% pickup
Professional phone presence with empathy, warmth, and efficiency
Proactive and organized in follow-ups, task management, and CRM upkeep
Experience with Lawmatics and RingCentral (strong asset)
Legal intake or law firm experience (preferred but not required)
Mandarin or Cantonese skills (strong asset)
