Part-Time E-commerce Virtual Assistant – Etsy & Shopify POD (Print-on-Demand

Hey there!
I'm looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me run and grow my Print-on-Demand (POD) online store, starting with Etsy and eventually expanding into Shopify.
If you're creative, organized, and have experience managing POD tasks like listing creation, mockups, and customer service — this role is for you!

Uploading products using Printify or Printful
Writing optimized titles, tags, and product descriptions
Creating mockups using Canva or POD supplier tools
Keyword research (SEO for Etsy listings)
Managing orders and customer inquiries

Social media scheduling (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest using templates)

Simple product research (what's trending for back-to-school, holidays, etc.)

Creating basic Canva graphics (optional but a bonus)

Weekly updates/reporting

Skills/Tools Needed:
Experience with Etsy and Printify/Printful (REQUIRED)
Shopify knowledge (basic is okay — I’ll help train you)
Canva (to create or edit product mockups)
Good written English for product descriptions
Research skills (Etsy trends, SEO, keywords)
Basic customer service etiquette
