Airtable Automation Specialist for Real Estate Wholesaling System Setup

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented freelancer to build an automated real estate agent outreach and follow-up system using Airtable, similar to what’s demonstrated in the AstroBlaster system (as seen in this video: ---------- ;.

The goal is to replicate the core automation features, including:

Agent outreach via email and SMS

Follow-up automation (8–13+ touchpoints)

Custom CRM workflow in Airtable

Integration with communication tools

AI-based responses (using OpenAI API or similar) for follow-up messages

Automatic tagging, tracking, and status updates

Simple lead management dashboard

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Airtable bases tailored for wholesaling real estate

Build automations using Airtable Automations, Make (Integromat), Zapier, or similar tools

Integrate SMS and email APIs for two-way communication

Build follow-up sequences triggered by contact behavior

Ensure the system is simple and scalable for daily agent outreach and deal tracking

Required Skills:

Advanced Airtable knowledge (linked records, interfaces, views, automations)

Experience with ---------- or Zapier

Familiarity with Twilio, Gmail, or other messaging integrations

Bonus: Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT API for automating replies

Strong attention to detail and communication

Nice to Have:

Background in real estate wholesaling or lead generation

Experience with GoHighLevel CRM or any other.

Understanding of sales pipelines and agent outreach workflows
