We’re a growing DROPSHIPPING fashion business (only apply if you’ve worked with fashion dropshipping stores — mention this!) and we’re looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our remote team on a long-term basis. If you’re customer-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems — this might be a great opportunity. We’re not just hiring to fill a seat; we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us as we scale.

Your Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and care
• Log refunds/issues in Google Sheets
• Prepare weekly customer service reports
• Share ideas to improve our customer support process
• Always respond within 12 hours, in a clear and polite tone

You Should Be Comfortable Using:
• Gorgias/reamaze/...
• Google Sheets / Google Docs
• Shopify
• Slack (
• ChatGPT & DeepL
?

Requirements:
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• At least 1 year experience in eCommerce customer service
• High attention to detail (no copy-paste or irrelevant replies)
• Organized, proactive and self-sufficient
• Can start immediately
• Available for at least 15 hours/week
