Social Media Manager

Are you a creative and fast-moving Virtual Assistant with a passion for social media and content creation?

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager VA to help us grow and engage a powerful online community for Scott Reib, America’s Legal Coach, Christian business leader, author of The Shatterproof Entrepreneur, and host of the podcast by the same name.

You’ll be responsible for creating, scheduling, and optimizing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Your job is to turn raw material (like videos, voice memos, photos, and podcast episodes) into engaging posts that grow our reach, position Scott as the go-to expert, and drive traffic to events, coaching programs, and offers.

This is a part-time, long-term remote role with opportunity to grow.

? Key Responsibilities
? Create content from raw material (clips, transcripts, notes, etc.)

? Design graphics, quote cards, carousels using Canva

? Edit and caption short videos for Reels, TikToks, and Shorts

? Write clear, compelling captions aligned with Scott’s voice

? Schedule 3–5 posts per day across platforms using Metricool or Publer

? Moderate comments, respond to messages (if assigned)

? Pull weekly analytics and make content suggestions

? Prompt Scott weekly for needed content (voice memos, updates, photos)

? Follow a structured content calendar while contributing fresh ideas

???? Required Skills
Strong written English and communication

Canva design skills (carousel, social graphics, brand kits)

Video editing in CapCut, InShot, or similar (bonus: subtitle styling)

Experience with social platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn)

Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven

Able to understand and communicate Christian values and business leadership themes

Comfortable working with Dropbox, Google Drive, Slack, and project management tools (Notion, Trello, or similar)

Part-time: 10–15 hours/week to start

Flexibility to scale to 20+ hours as content output increases
