JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, creative, and highly organized Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our small international team. This is a part-time role (10-15 hours/week) supporting the founder and director across multiple platforms and projects.

Top Priority: Social Media Management & Content Creation - must have 3-5 years of experience

You should have strong experience in managing social media workflows, including:
• Content Creation: Designing engaging graphics and visuals using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Post Management: Naming and organizing post assets and covers, scheduling posts, and ensuring timely publication.
• Engagement: Interacting with followers, responding to comments/messages, and fostering community growth.
• Strategy Coordination: Working alongside a social media assistant to develop and implement monthly posting schedules.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management: Ensure the founder is fully aware of her schedule, meetings, and deadlines.
• Team Coordination: Communicate and keep timelines on track with video editors, web designers, and social media support.
• Website Support: Confirm deliverables are uploaded (especially for video course launches) and track what’s missing.
• Monthly Newsletters: Create engaging newsletters with visuals to match.
• Accounting: Track and update student payments; flag any discrepancies monthly.
Email Management: Respond to inquiries for both yoga and animal rescue.
• Travel Planning: Booking and organizing travel when needed.
• Animal Rescue Support: Occasional administrative or coordination tasks for the rescue arm.

Requirements:
• Exceptional command of English (written and verbal).
• Reliable internet connection and availability during Europe-friendly hours.
• Strong organizational and tracking skills.
• Self-motivated, self-starter and able to report clearly on weekly progress that needs little managing
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Canva
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked-In and YouTube).
• Ability to manage deadlines across small project teams.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and accounting basics.
• Based in the Philippines (preferred).

Compensation:
