Required Skills + Qualifications:

- Verbal Communication, Phone and Listening Skills: You must speak and write English perfectly - this is a DEFINITE requirement! You will also be required to make phone calls to clients and our partner health plans in this role so we’re looking for someone comfortable with handling phone calls.
- Attention to Detail, Data Entry and Organization and Web Research: We collect a lot of data and scrub it continuously! You must be super detail-oriented and patient to comb through all information we gather.
- Email management, Task Execution and Multi-tasking: we’re a fast paced company and you will need to be able to keep up with us!

If you can relate to the following, we’re looking at you:

- Experience as a virtual assistant with a US, Australian or UK based company.
- Experience with Google apps including but not limited to Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets.
- You have fast and reliable internet along with an updated computer. You must be available to meet through Zoom for weekly meetings. You’re communicative and work well with the team. We love collaboration!
- You must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive attitude.

Compensation + Benefits:

- Pay is SALARIED at the rate of USD 4.00 per hour ($693.33 a month). Payroll is sent through PayPal every 2 weeks (Bi-weekly).
- 13th month pay
