The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Production Automation EA to support the Head of Production and play a key role in driving process improvements and production output through automation. This role requires a solid understanding of automation tools and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities
You can look forward to:
1) Acting as Our Automation Wizard: Work closely with the Head of Production and other automation members to spot bottlenecks and streamline systems across multiple projects.
2) Supporting Daily Operations: Automate repetitive tasks across production, content tracking, and performance reporting so our team can focus on the creative stuff.
3) Building Smarter Systems: Design and improve automation workflows using tools like ---------- , Airtable, Zapier, Google Scripts, and OpenAI to keep everything running smoothly.
4) Turning Data into Action:
Gather, clean, and present data that helps our content shine and our team move faster.

Tools We Use
You’ll be working with our core tech stack, which includes:

3) Adobe Suite: Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

Additional Details
Type: Full-time (initial 6-month contract with high potential to extend)
Location: Remote – join our global team of 15+ members in the Philippines and beyond
