JOB OVERVIEW

We need an energetic and organised Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, manage project timelines, and liaise with internal teams and clients. You’ll be the operational backbone of our marketing agency

This role is ideal for someone who performs well in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and has a keen eye for detail across campaign assets, timelines, and performance metrics.


Campaign Coordination & Execution

- Coordinate day-to-day campaign activities across paid ads, email marketing, content, and automation.
- Prepare briefs, track tasks, and follow up with internal tea ---------- mbers (designers, copywriters, media buyers) to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Manage campaign checklists, quality assurance processes, and asset reviews before launch.

Marketing Operations & Admin

- Support marketing team with research, competitor audits, and reporting.
- Maintain organised campaign documentation, shared folders, trackers, and reports.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms (email, social, landing pages, etc.) using tools like Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar.

Client Liaison & Communication

- Serve as the communication bridge between internal teams and clients or stakeholders (in some cases)
- Attend internal and external check-ins to document action items and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Prepare basic reports or slide decks for client meetings, pulling in campaign performance data and results summaries.

Tech & Tool Support

- Assist with setting up campaigns inside platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and automation tools (training provided if needed).
- Manage CRM data hygiene, lead tagging, and list segmentation where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience

Project & Task Management

* 3+ years experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or project management in a digital/agency setting (a specific marketing specialty on top of this is a big advantage)
* Strong organisational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple moving pieces without missing deadlines.

Marketing Fluency

- knowledge of digital marketing (strat, paid ads, email, content, CRO, automation).
- Comfortable working in platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Go High Level, or willing to learn quickly.

Communication & Collaboration

- Clear, professional communicator (written and verbal).
- Comfortable liaising with internal teams and clients to drive campaigns forward.
- Able to anticipate issues, flag bottlenecks early, and keep everyone informed.

Tech & Tools

* Proficient with Google Workspace, project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or similar), and basic spreadsheets.
* Bonus: Experience in GHL, google ads, Meta ads, Sprout social, Canva, Figma and others.
