E-Commerce Executive Virtual Assistant (Work directly with the CEO)

Job Overview
* We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce brand with a growing B2B customer base.
* We are rebuilding our systems and structure from the ground up, and we are looking for a full-time Executive Virtual Assistant to support and grow directly alongside the CEO.
* This is a long-term, high-responsibility role — perfect for someone who is organized, analytical, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership.

Responsibilities
* Manage and improve SOPs and internal processes
* Maintain spreadsheets (inventory, cash flow, performance tracking)
* Collaborate across marketing, logistics, supply chain, and finance
* Suggest improvements for product listings and internal workflows
* Track projects and make sure deadlines are met
* Provide updates directly to the CEO
* Proactively solve problems and bring solutions

Requirements
Hard Skills
* Strong experience with Google Sheets / Excel
* Logical thinking and data-driven mindset
* Basic understanding of e-commerce performance metrics
* Familiar with project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Trello, etc.)
* Excellent English (written and spoken)

Soft Skills
* Highly organized and detail-oriented

Work Hours & Schedule
Full-time: 20–40 hours/week
* Flexibility in hours, but overlap with CET timezone highly preferred
