Male VA only - Upwork Lead Generation VA Base pay + commission 100% remote

Hey everyone, looking for a male VA to help me send a proposal on Upwork, you will not need to call leads or speak to them.

The main goals are this

Send 7-10 proposals per day
Generate 10 calls per month for me

There will be training, but if you have experience sending proposals on Upwork, then that's a plus

You will be sending Upwork proposals on my Upwork account

Those are the main KPIs. If you cannot do that, then this is not a job for you

The base pay will be $2.50 per hour and $125 bonus when I close a sale. I have a high closing rate, so as long as you generate 4 calls, odds are I will close 1 out of 4 . I have a 30% closing rate based on years of data
