JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ECommerce Store Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our online stores. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing ECom stores, a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to drive growth and performance through data-backed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee the full operation of one or more eCommerce stores, ensuring smooth functionality, inventory accuracy, and seamless customer experience.
-Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns to boost conversion and sales.
-Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align on content, promotions, and customer journey optimizations.
-Track KPIs and performance metrics, and prepare regular reports on sales, traffic, and marketing effectiveness.
-Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis to suggest improvements and new opportunities.
-Ensure timely order fulfillment, customer support coordination, and issue resolution.
Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts in collaboration with the marketing team (email, ads, SEO, social media, etc.).
-Provide case studies or reports on previously managed stores with results or key outcomes.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an ECommerce Store Manager or in a similar role.
-Strong background in digital marketing strategies including ads management, funnel optimization, and SEO.
-Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify/WordPress backend, and Facebook/Google Ads dashboards.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
-Experience in performance tracking, A/B testing, and data-driven marketing decisions.
-Ability to share case studies or examples of past work with measurable results.

Preferred Skills:
-Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms.
-Familiarity with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias).
-Background in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) is a plus.
-Creative problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
