JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
You’ll be a long term partner in my thought leadership engine around the Hyperadaptive Model and upcoming book ( ---------- ) owning core social channels today, then expanding scope as you grow into new areas. We’ll invest in your training, feedback, and steady skill?building so you can continuously improve and take on more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities & Time Allocation

1) Video Content Support (3?hrs/week)
- Edit, format, and schedule short clips and audiograms in Descript & HeyGen
- Design thumbnails and social?friendly versions in Canva
- Audiograms to support book

2) Speaker Submission & Outreach (2 hrs/week)
- Research and pitch Melissa to target podcasts, webinars, and conferences via SpeakerHub
- Track submissions and confirmations; follow up proactively

3) LinkedIn Content (2 hrs/week)
- Draft, refine, and schedule 3–4 native LinkedIn posts/week based on book excerpts, events, and insights
- Monitor and report on post engagement; highlight top conversations for Melissa to amplify

4) LinkedIn Newsletter (0.5 hrs/week)
- Assemble and publish a weekly 1,000?word “mini?issue” repurposing high?impact posts
- Track subscriber growth and engagement metrics

5) Other Social Channels (2 hrs/week)
- Support Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook posts, and YouTube shorts as priorities evolve
- Create assets in Canva; schedule natively or via Buffer

6) Connection Growth (0.5 hrs/week)
- Identify and send personalized LinkedIn connection requests to 20–30 targeted marketing executives or event organizers

Phased Scope: We’ll start you on these core tasks first. As you master them, you’ll absorb new channels and projects, building end?to?end ownership over time.

What You Bring
- Mindset: Eager for a long?term partnership; values loyalty and continuous improvement
- Experience: 2+ years as a VA or Social Media Specialist supporting an executive/author

Tools & Tech:
Canva, native LinkedIn posting, HubSpot basics; comfort with AI automations; Descript, HeyGen; quick learner for SpeakerHub

Communication:Excellent written English; proactive about asking questions and integrating feedback

Training Agility:Openness to structured onboarding and iterative “teach--train-- teach--feedback” cycles

Reporting & Collaboration
Primary Contact:You’ll report directly to me

Check?In Cadence: Quick Slack messages to surface blockers and align
Weekly (15-30?min): Pulse report on wins, metrics vs. targets, and next?week focus

Ad hoc: Calls as needed for urgent approvals or strategic pivots

Compensation & Bonus Structure
Base Pay: $9 USD/hour for 10?hrs/week

Performance Bonuses (up to $75/month):
- Podcast Appearances:? $10 bonus for each qualified confirmed booking beyond 3/month
- LinkedIn Engagement: $10 bonus for +15?% average engagement rate on approved posts
- Newsletter Growth: $15 bonus for each net +50 new subscribers
