Creative Designer with Management Experience for Project Manager at USA based Web Agency

We are a USA-based Web design and hosting firm. We work with US-based small businesses to develop websites and provide on-going services like hosting, digital marketing, social media, etc.

We are looking to expand our design team and are looking at hiring a project manager first, one who has design experience and was a visual designer or web designer.

This position will have various responsibilities including overseeing design quality. If you are an experienced visual designer and looking to upgrade your career by overseeing other designers under you, this may be a great opportunity.

Your duties will include:

1. Learning our internal process and hiring & training others under you
2. Helping out with design ideas / creative direction
3. Producing web graphics, working with our CMS system (site builder system)
4. Manage deadlines and milestones
5. Important: Assist with interviewing and hiring a team of 2-4 designers under you which you will be responsible for. This is a management position and we are paying accordingly.

Must have at least 5 years of digital experience, ie: web graphics, web design, visual design. HTML experience not necessary. We are looking for a creative person who has the skills to be a manager.

Unlike other USA firms, we do not require you work our time zone. The nature of the work can be so that when our US team comes into office, we have work done already for review and ready for customer update.
