Role Overview:
We’re looking for a House Modeler with strong experience in SketchUp to create accurate models of existing residential homes and surrounding environments. This is a foundational role in our design process — your models will be the base for all creative and technical work that follows.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed, to-scale models of existing residential houses in SketchUp

Accurately model terrain, slopes, and existing site conditions

Work with site surveys, photos, and videos to replicate real-world details

Ensure clean model organization (grouping, components, and layering)

Collaborate with design team to ensure accuracy before passing files forward

Requirements:

Proficiency in SketchUp (required)

Strong understanding of residential architecture and terrain modeling

Experience with elevations, slopes, and site grading

Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to work from site photos, videos, and survey data

Fast and reliable internet connection

Bonus:

Experience with Lumion or other rendering tools

Background in landscape architecture or construction
