Client Support – Lead Intake & Booking Specialist
As the Client Support Specialist, you’ll be the first voice a potential customer hears—and a key part of why they choose to book with us. Your role is to answer inbound calls, follow up with interested leads, and guide them through our services with warmth, professionalism, and confidence. You'll help convert inquiries into booked cleanings and ensure every new client feels informed, valued, and excited to work with us.
You’ll also follow up on outbound leads, collect key information (like access instructions or payment details), and keep everything organized in our system so the rest of the team can deliver a seamless experience. Your goal is to build trust from the very first conversation and help our business grow one happy customer at a time.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to new client inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
- Call back leads who’ve requested quotes or more information
- Guide potential clients through our services, pricing, and booking process
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments by building trust and offering the right solutions
- Gather essential client details (address, access info, service type, payment details)
- Set up new client profiles and ensure they’re properly scheduled in our system
- Follow up with first-time clients to offer recurring service options
- Collect missing payment info where needed
- Log notes and updates accurately in the CRM
- Communicate with other tea
- Work closely with Scheduling and support with adjustments or service updates where needed
- Help improve our process by sharing feedback from clients and common questions
- Update service information on the CRM as needed and keep other working tools updated with accurate information
- Help brainstorm ideas for cleaner incentives and special promotions for clients
