JOB OVERVIEW

Payment Servers is a leading provider of payment processing solutions, serving a wide range of industries, including high-risk verticals like e-commerce, healthcare, and finance. We are in the process of enhancing our brand presence and expanding our outreach through targeted email campaigns, social media engagement, and content marketing.

We are looking for an Email and Social Media Outreach Manager to join our marketing team and help shape our online presence. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for content creation, email marketing, and building brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Management:

Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects, current clients, and partners.

Write compelling email copy, A/B test subject lines and content, and optimize email performance.

Track email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and analyze results to improve future campaigns.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, posting regularly and engaging with followers.

Develop a content calendar for social media posts, aligning with company initiatives and industry trends.

Create engaging and relevant posts that reflect the company’s values, products, and expertise in the payment processing industry.

Monitor social media conversations, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers to foster relationships.

Blog Content Integration:

Publish and promote blog posts on our company website, ensuring they are aligned with our marketing strategy.

Share blog posts across social media platforms to drive traffic back to the website.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure blog posts support the company’s goals and engage the target audience.

Branding and Reputation Management:

Assist in positioning Payment Servers as a thought leader in the payment processing industry.

Build brand awareness by creating consistent messaging across email campaigns, social media, and blog content.

Ensure all outreach aligns with company branding guidelines and voice.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven experience in email marketing, social media management, or digital marketing (2-3 years preferred).

Experience in the payment processing or tech industry is a plus.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar). Also not required but knows, Klayvo, Zapier, Make, Metricool or Publer & SurferSEO or similar tools

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.

Proficiency in using social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).

Ability to analyze and report on key performance metrics (email opens, social engagement, etc.).

Creative and self-motivated with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.

Other Requirements:

Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
