We specialize in innovative real estate investment strategies and are committed to delivering exceptional results. This role is an exciting opportunity for a remote professional who is passionate about social media, content creation, and video editing, and who is keenly aware of the latest digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance our real estate investment brand's presence across various social media platforms.
- Create engaging, high-quality content specific to the real estate investment sector, including graphics, written copy, and videos.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and the real estate investment industry.
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
- Produce and edit compelling videos tailored for online platforms, reflecting our company.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on social media and content creation.
- REAL ESTATE background is a plus!!
- Proficient in using AI to include ChatGPT and other platforms for editing and content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
