Good day! My name is Chelzee from Simply Earth.
We are in need of a Customer Service Representative/Social Media Manager to answer chat and email inquiries from our customers and to manage our social media accounts; Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
Here are the qualifications.
Speak / Write/ Understand English well
Able to work with other people (in a virtual team setting)
Able to work from 9pm to 5am Philippine’s time
Experience in handling Facebook page, Instagram and Pinterest
Able to get engagement rates for Instagram and analyze insights in Facebook
Able to update the metrics we set up to monitor progress
Patient and able to manage stress for customer service
Willing to undergo training, know how to ask right questions to get the tasks done
Here’s what your day will look like:
We use chatra.io to manage our chat inquiries from our website, so you are going to have live chats.
We also have inquiries and concerns coming in through our email.
You will need to send product replacements, track orders, and fix/check coupon codes.
Answer inquiries in Facebook as well through PM and comments
Schedule posts on hootsuite for social media
