We’re looking for a hungry, self-driven Sales Manager to help grow a fast-moving local newsletter that covers events, businesses, and stories.
What You’ll Do
• Sell newsletter sponsorships and ad placements to local businesses
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads using a CRM (or your own system)
• Reach out via
• Develop new outreach strategies to target local businesses
• Collaborate with our small but mighty team to improve performance and retention
Who You Are
• You have 2 to 3 years of sales experience, ideally in media, advertising, or digital services
• You’re fluent in English (written and spoken)
• You can work independently and hit monthly targets without needing hand-holding
• You love building relationships and closing deals
• You understand how to sell value, not just impressions
Compensation
This role is primarily commission-based. You’ll earn a percentage of every sale you close. We are open to a small monthly base salary with most earnings tied to performance.
Bonus Points If You
• Have experience selling sponsorships, newsletter ads, or local media
• Are based in the Philippines and familiar with Western time zones
• Can show a portfolio of past clients or revenue results
