Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst who who can provide pitch decks and business plans for Tech and Construction projects.

Investors have high expectations, and to get the funding we are seeking, your presentation deck and business plans needs to wow them!

You will be working remotely on a project basis, working at your own convenience, anywhere that is available to your comfort.
You will:
Conducts research and analysis (e.g., gap analysis, impact analysis, cost benefit analysis, financial analysis, statistical analysis, data analysis, risk and return analysis, root cause analysis, problems analysis, system and process mapping) concerning complex business processes, products, procedures and goals.
Proactively identifies areas for improvement within assigned business areas.
Drives process to make changes. Introduces innovative recommendations, factoring in customer needs, external approaches, and competitor analysis.
Gathers and reviews business requirements
Participates with internal development team to solicit end user requirements, gains understanding of the purposes or goals of various processes, offerings or practices. Ensures full understanding of issues and enhancements that need to be addressed.
Creates well defined business cases
Analyzes the value of an idea, concept, request or potential project including, defining the scope, objective, and baseline requirements. Communicates and describes findings in business terms to ensure effective understanding and decision making to aid in the proposal process.
Provides recommendations to senior management to assist in making informed decisions on business strategy, gaps or improvement opportunities.
You need to have:
Innovation in creating pitch decks presentations.
Ability to provide a comprehensive business plans.
Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders
You need to have experience:
Research and business analysis and planning.
3+ years in Project management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint).
Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
