Facebook Ads Specialist & Social Media VA

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant with experience in Facebook Ads and Graphic Design. You will be responsible for launching and monitoring Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, creating engaging ad creatives, and supporting our marketing efforts. This is a long-term role with room to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
- Monitor performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for better results
- Create high-quality graphics for ads (using Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
- Include in your subject line the meaning of the contact person's first name
- Assist in writing basic ad copy (headlines, CTAs, etc.)
- Conduct basic research on audiences and competitors
- Report campaign insights and suggest improvements


Qualifications:
- Strong written and spoken English
- At least 1 year of experience running Facebook Ads
- Confident using Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager
- Skilled in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent)
