Virtual Assistant

Position Overview:
Looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage and schedule content for multiple TikTok Shop accounts. You’ll be responsible for downloading videos from Google Drive, uploading them into pre-made Canva templates, exporting them, and then using TikTok Studio to schedule posts with provided captions and linked products. No video editing is required - just basic drag-and-drop and content organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Use Canva to drag and drop videos into templates and export them
Log into Chrome profiles for each TikTok account
Upload videos to TikTok Studio
Add provided product descriptions and hashtags
Search for and tag the correct product in Showcase
Post the first video immediately and schedule the rest 5 minutes apart
Repeat process for multiple accounts daily

Ideal Candidate:
Follows instructions closely
Comfortable working in Canva and using Google Drive
Familiar with social media platforms (TikTok experience is a plus)
Reliable, fast, and consistent with attention to detail
