Create and manage monthly content calendars based on campaigns, seasonal trends, and product launches
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to develop branded content for each platform

Develop and publish engaging posts, reels, pins, stories,
Optimize content format, timing, and captions based on best practices for each platform
Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across both brands

Create and schedule high-quality static and video pins
Optimize pin designs for engagement and traffic generation
Monitor analytics to refine strategy and improve performance
???? Instagram &
Plan and publish feed posts, carousels, stories, and reels
Engage with followers and build community via comments, messages, and tags
Collaborate with performance marketing team to align with paid ad creatives when needed
???? Community & Influencer Coordination
Respond to DMs, comments, and tags promptly in the brand voice
Encourage and manage user-generated content
Coordinate influencer content for social use when applicable
???? Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs and performance metrics for each platform using native tools and reporting dashboards
Provide monthly insights and make data-backed recommendations for optimization
Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform updates, and content trends
