TikTok marketing for creative beauty brand

I'm looking for a creative Virtual Assistant who can edit and post short-form videos . You’ll work across two women-centered businesses in beauty, and a spiritually curious podcast that explores the idea that anyone can "get psychic"

This isn’t a copy-paste TikTok trend job. We’re not here to chase algorithms — we’re here to build community, share real beauty and insight, and tell compelling stories in a way that feels authentic, elevated, and maybe even a little magical. You should be comfortable working with visual and energetic nuance, and editing in a way that lets feeling lead.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Edit and post short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for two companies and a podcast
* Create clips from our podcast (recorded on Riverside.fm) that are engaging, and inviting. ( not a podcast editing job)
* Post to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts with thoughtful captions and aligned hashtags
* Help grow a community by sharing content that inspires, invites, and sometimes challenges
* Stay up to date with social platforms — not to blindly follow trends, but to remix and reimagine what’s possible
* Maintain a simple content calendar to keep everything flowing
*Must be comfortable giving me filming assignments- you won't be able to film the content from afar, but I need someone who can comfortably tell me what short content to send over for editing. :)

You’re a Fit If You Are

* An excellent short-form video editor
* Not just following trends — you have taste, creative instincts, and original ideas
* A good listener/ able to sense the tone of a clip and edit .
* Have a great sense of humor and don’t take yourself too seriously, while still meeting deadlines and caring about your work
* Skilled with text overlays, music timing, and adding visual interest without overloading the screen
