Position Overview
We’re looking for a Proficient Phone Support Specialist who is warm, professional, and proactive. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys phone communication, has a knack for problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You’ll play a key role in setting the tone for each guest’s stay by calling ahead to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
Call every guest prior to check-in to confirm reservation details and provide support
Answer inbound calls from guests, hotel staff, and property owners
De-escalate guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently over the phone
Maintain a calm, empathetic, and clear communication style
Log call summaries and track follow-ups or action items
Collaborate with our operations and maintenance teams to solve guest-related concerns quickly

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a phone support or customer service role
Excellent spoken English with minimal accent
Confident and enthusiastic about making and receiving calls
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
Warm, empathetic tone with a guest-first mindset
Experience in hospitality or property management is a plus

Schedule & Work Setup
Location: Fully Remote (Philippines-based candidates preferred)
Schedule: Must be available during US Central Time hours
Days: 5 days per week (final schedule TBD)
