Virtual Assistant – E-Commerce Support (Flexible Hours / PT/FT)

Rate: $3–$4 per hour
Hours: Part-time or full-time (flexible)
Location: Remote – Fluent English required

We are a growing e-commerce business looking for a reliable and experienced Virtual Assistant to support us with customer service, supplier communication, and dispute management. This is a long-term remote position with flexible hours (part-time or full-time), depending on your availability and performance.

Main Responsibilities
- Responding to customer emails and handling return requests
- Managing disputes via Shopify and PayPal
- Communicating with suppliers about orders, delays, and logistics
- Keeping records of issues and resolutions in Google Sheets
- Preparing and listing products on Shopify

Requirements
- Strong written English and customer support experience
- Shopify knowledge (required)
- Familiarity with PayPal/Shopify dispute processes
- Stable internet connection and computer access
- Available during Central European Time (CET) hours
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, ChatGPT and Canva
- Experience with Private agents
