Graphic Designer Needed for Conversion-focused Static Meta Ads

Hi! I'm the founder of a growing natural skincare brand looking for a reliable and talented graphic designer to help us create elegant static ad creatives for Facebook & Instagram.

We’re primarily targeting women 50+ — so we want clean, elegant, and conversion-focused creatives that feel premium, not trendy or flashy.

? What You’ll Do:
Design 20–40 static ads per month

Format in 1:1 and 9:16 (for Meta ads)

Work from provided copy, product photos, or concept examples

Keep visuals on-brand: clean, feminine, and minimal



???? Compensation:
$5 USD per creative

Paid monthly opr bi-weekly based on final count

???? Requirements:
- Experience designing ads for eCommerce or DTC brands

- Strong portfolio showing static ad examples

- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Suite

- Able to deliver on time and communicate clearly

- Good understanding of visual hierarchy + ad structure
