Lead Generation & Email Research Specialist

About Us:
We’re a growing agency focused on lead generation and outreach for businesses in the MedSpa and wellness niche. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Lead Generation & Email Research Specialist to help us identify high-quality prospects and their decision makers for our cold email campaigns.


What You’ll Do:
• Scrape and extract leads from platforms like Google Maps, business directories, and social platforms.
• Research and identify business owners, founders, medical directors, or key decision makers.
• Use tools like ---------- , ---------- , ---------- , LinkedIn, RocketReach, etc. to find and verify professional emails
• Maintain and clean lead lists to ensure high deliverability and accuracy.
• Organize data in Google Sheets with attention to detail (name, role, email, domain, LinkedIn, etc.).


What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in lead scraping, email finding, and enrichment.
• Strong knowledge of tools like ---------- , ---------- , Clearbit, ---------- , Skrapp, or similar.
• Familiarity with scraping tools or services (PhantomBuster, OutScraper, Octoparse, or similar)
• Ability to identify real decision makers, not just generic inboxes.
• Comfortable working independently, hitting volume/quality targets, and adapting quickly to feedback.
• Excellent attention to detail — especially when verifying and organizing contact data.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have):
• Experience with cold email campaigns (Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead)
• Basic understanding of email deliverability best practices
• Familiarity with the MedSpa, health, or local service business space
