Fashion Dropshipping Supply Chain Specialist

Dear Candidate,

We’re a fast-scaling dropshipping business on track to hit MULTIPLE 7 figures this year. To reach that goal, we’re looking for an experienced and highly structured Supply Chain Specialist who can ensure flawless execution from supplier to doorstep.
This is a long-term role with responsibilities and real growth potential.

-Your Mission:
Own the supply chain. Ensure our products ship fast, tracking stays clean, issues get solved fast, and suppliers stay sharp. You are the watchdog behind the scenes that keeps everything moving smoothly—no delays, no mistakes, no excuses.

-You MUST:
Have experience communicating directly with supplier
Have experience working in FASHION dropshipping businesses
Know how to track parcels, flag delays, and keep things moving
Be comfortable using Shopify and Parcel Panel
Have experience in noting down parcel data in Google Sheets/Notion
Be an extremely strong communicator with a hands-on mentality.
Be structured and detail-obsessed when working in Sheets
Know how to collaborate with customer support to solve issues fast
Be proactive: if something is off, you take action without waiting
Keep track of issues and follow up

-What You’ll Be Doing:
- Monitor all active orders: shipped on time, tracked correctly
- Escalate delays to the supplier, follow up daily, and log outcomes
- Making sure our suppliers are keeping their promised delivery times true (by analyzing data)
- Handle out-of-stock issues: suggest alternatives, notify CS, close the loop
- Coordinate with the CS team to resolve address issues, tracking gaps, and customer inquiries
- Ensure our quality control and price negotiation protocols are followed per product
- Maintain and update all supply chain sheets
- Share ideas and suggestions to grow the business
- Push for continuous improvement—spot weak links, suggest better ways, implement them

- RE:AMAZE (with CS, not directly)
- CRM: Clickup/Trello/Monday/Notion

-Availability:
4–10 hours/day, up to 6 days/week
