Virtual Assistant – Knowledge Base Content Research & Entry

Job description:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help build our customer knowledge base. You will receive a fixed set of questions and be responsible for researching accurate answers from the internet and adding them to our system in English.
The questions in our system are in Dutch so you will have to translate them for yourself.

Responsibilities:

Research reliable answers online for a given list of guest-related questions

Translate Dutch content to English when needed

Add content into our structured knowledge base format

Flag missing or unclear information

Requirements:

Excellent English writing skills

Reliable and detail-focused

Experience with content entry is a plus

Estimated workload:
10–20 hours/week, flexible schedule

Skills:
Excellent written English

Reading comprehension in Dutch (B2 level or higher)

Internet research skills

Attention to detail

Basic content editing (grammar, tone, clarity)

Experience with knowledge base tools or content management systems (nice to have)

Ability to follow structured templates and guidelines

Reliable and self-directed
