Job Summary
The Corporate Account Executive for SME Accounts focuses on acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients, offering tailored internet and connectivity solutions that meet their unique business needs. You will be the primary point of contact for SME clients and play a key role in driving revenue growth and market penetration.
Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the SME segment.
• Present and promote ISP solutions, managed services, and value-added products.
• Conduct client needs assessments and propose customized internet solutions based on business requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and product presentations to different SMEs.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing SME clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling.
• Negotiate contract terms, close sales, and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with technical and support teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using different tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Qualifications
• A degree in Business, Information Technology or related fields.
• 3-5 years working experience in telecom or ISP sales, account management, or customer service.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, products and services.
• Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of SME needs, budget management, and profit margin.

Job Summary
A Corporate Account Executive for High-End Accounts manages and grows relationships with high-value enterprise clients. This role is responsible for driving revenue through the acquisition and retention of major accounts, delivering tailored internet and data solutions that support complex business operations. They will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level decision-makers and play a key role in positioning our ISP as a preferred partner in digital connectivity.
Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned corporate accounts, maintaining strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-end corporate clients in industries such as banking, BPO, logistics, retail, and manufacturing.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, solution selling, negotiation, and closing of deals for premium internet and ICT services.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of key accounts by building long-term relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct consultative meetings with stakeholders to assess business needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams or departments to ensure timely and accurate solution deployment and post-sales support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts regularly using CRM and other sales tools.
• Achieve and exceed high-value sales targets, customer satisfaction goals, and other performance metrics.
