Virtual Business Operations Specialist

We're seeking an experienced and versatile Virtual Operations Manager to join our dynamic startup team. Key Responsibilities:

-Design and implement AI-powered workflows and operational systems
-Develop and execute marketing content strategies across multiple channels
-Conduct research into government regulations
-Create and optimize business processes and standard operating procedures
-Handle complex government applications, compliance documentation, and regulatory filings
-Manage project timelines
-Provide strategic support to leadership on business development initiatives

Required Qualifications:


-Proven expertise with AI tools and automation platforms (N8N, Make, Cursor, Zapier, Lindy, Mindstudio etc.) is required.
-Experience in content marketing and digital marketing strategies is preferred
-Experience with government applications, permits, or regulatory processes is preferred
-Excellent research and analytical skills
-Outstanding written and verbal communication in English
-Self-starter with ability to work independently across time zones
-Experience supporting startups or small businesses is preferred
