Remote Kitchen Designer & Estimator

We’re a fast-growing residential renovation and design company based in New York and Connecticut, USA. Our projects include high-end kitchen and bath remodels, decks, outdoor kitchens, and full-house renovations. We don’t do cookie-cutter work, we tailor every job to the client’s needs, and we need someone who can keep up.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-focused Kitchen Designer & Estimator who can own the job from site intake to job completion — remotely.

You’ll receive project intake details, photos, and site measurements via CompanyCam, then build out full estimates, create 3D renderings, help manage material orders, coordinate schedules with our US team, and keep the project moving. This is not just a design role, you will play a key part in operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review job requests and photos from the field using CompanyCam

- Build out labor and materials estimates in Jobber

- Prepare clear, accurate customer quotes with proper markup

- Create change orders as needed when scope changes

- Order materials online and coordinate deliveries

- Coordinate with our dispatcher (Ray) to schedule jobs based on crew availability and material delivery

- Track job progress through CompanyCam and communicate with our field supervisor (Rich)

- Notify the team when it’s time for progress payments and final invoicing

- Create 3D renderings for kitchen, bath, basement, and exterior projects (preferred software: 2020 Design, SketchUp, or similar)

Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in residential estimating and construction design

- Solid understanding of US construction methods and materials

- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

Experience with:

- Jobber (or similar field service CRM)

- CompanyCam (or similar photo/project tracking tools)

- 2020 Design, SketchUp, Chief Architect, or similar design software

- Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel

- Ability to work full-time, 100% remote, during US Eastern hours

- Comfortable taking initiative, solving problems, and owning your role
