We’re seeking a talented Call Center Agent to support a U.S.-based Dance Studio. You’ll play a key role in handling phone inquiries, booking appointments, and providing a welcoming experience for potential and current clients.

Your Responsibilities:

- Make outbound follow-up calls to potential clients (students/parents)
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism and friendliness
- Convert leads into scheduled appointments or trial class signups
- Keep detailed records of conversations and outcomes
- Provide timely, helpful responses that reflect the studio’s brand

What You Bring to the Role:

- Excellent English speaking skills (clear, warm, confident tone)
- Strong background in customer service, sales, or call center roles
- Ability to build trust quickly and close conversations effectively
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and a headset
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, or Zoom

Position Details:

Part-Time: 4 hours/day (Monday–Friday) | U.S. Eastern Time

Remote: Work from home

Pay: $320–$400/month (USD)
