This is a part-time role starting at 2–3 hours per day managing our email support for our ecommerce business, with the potential to grow into more hours as the business scales. It's a great fit for someone looking to grow long-term with a brand. Responsibilities include handling customer support by responding to inquiries via email and social media and maintaining a professional, friendly tone. You'll also assist with influencer outreach, initiating outreach using provided scripts, managing follow-ups, and keeping organized records of all collaborations and results.
We're looking for someone with strong written English, who is organized, self-motivated, and reliable. Previous experience in customer support or influencer outreach is preferred, along with confidence using email platforms (Zoho) and social media platforms. You should have a stable fast internet connection and be available daily. Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or familiarity with the fashion space is a bonus, but not required. You’ll also be required to interact with our internal team via Discord to help manage customer inquiries. This will involve coordinating with the team in real-time to resolve issues efficiently and ensure smooth communication while handling support tasks. Here are a couple of questions for you:
