Job Description
We're all about working smarter. Our automation systems are the key to building and delivering our products efficiently. We’re looking for an experienced Automations Engineer to help us take our automated processes to the next level.
As an Automations Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain the systems that keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities for automation, developing solutions, and ensuring our existing systems are reliable and effective. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in automation technologies and a knack for creative problem-solving.
From day one, you will have a direct impact on our company's efficiency and play a key role in our continued growth.
Objectives of the Role
- Design & Develop Automations: Build new automated workflows from scratch using platforms like
- Maintain & Improve Existing Systems: Refine and troubleshoot current automations to ensure they run reliably and are updated to be as efficient as possible.
- Identify New Opportunities: Proactively find inefficient manual processes within the company that are good candidates for automation.
- Reduce Errors & Boost Quality: Increase the accuracy and consistency of tasks by removing the potential for human error through automated processes.
- Increase Operational Efficiency: Save the company time and money by making operations faster, freeing up the team to focus on more strategic work.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Build & Deploy Automations: Plan, create, and launch new automated workflows using platforms like
- Maintain & Improve Systems: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automations to ensure they are reliable and efficient.
- Find & Prioritize Opportunities: Identify inefficient manual processes and work with teams to prioritize new automation projects.
- Track & Report on Impact: Measure key metrics like time saved and errors reduced, and report on the value of automation.
- Document & Support: Create clear documentation for all workflows and help the team use the automated systems.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in an automation, IT, or operations role, with a strong portfolio of successfully built workflows.
- Expertise with automation platforms like
- Strong understanding of APIs, data structures, and system integration.
- Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects with high attention to detail.
Our operating hours are from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. MST, Monday to Friday.
