BIM Contractor - As Built Drawings | MEP

Workload: Approx. 10 hours per month, with potential to grow
Rate: 550 PHP per hour
Availability: Quoting is required same day and is part of the paid work
Work Hours: After-hours and weekends acceptable

Our core services include As Built Drawings, O&M Manuals and handover documentation for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic) services. We have a growing demand to supply Revit services on an ad hoc basis to support our clients' evolving needs.

The Role
We’re seeking an experienced BIM Contractor with their own pc equipment and software.

You’ll assist in the production of As Built Drawings for MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic) in commercial buildings. Projects are typically provided in AutoCAD or Revit, with mark-ups received via PDF. Some As Built OJT is available for the right candidate.

You must be confident working independently to interpret mark-ups, apply drafting standards and meet tight deadlines.

You will also be expected to quote jobs the same day they’re received — quoting is considered part of the paid work.

Flexibility
This is an as-needed role. While our core projects are 2D AutoCAD-based, we occasionally require BIM support — particularly when project volume spikes or specific BIM jobs arise.

Work to your own schedule, as long as deliverables are submitted on time. This role is ideal for someone re-entering the workforce, seeking flexible part-time work, or looking to supplement an existing income.

Key Requirements
PC and BIM software (Revit) required
Proficiency in MEP As Built Drawings
Ability to accurately quote jobs same-day in a competitive environment
Strong attention to detail and accountability
Ability to follow drawing standards
Reliable internet connection and power supply
Fluent in written and spoken English
Comfortable working independently after-hours

Bonus Skills
Experience with Australian construction industry
AutoCAD proficiency
