JOB OVERVIEW

We are really searching for A players only

We’re looking for a talented Video Editor to join our team and bring bold, high-converting content to life — especially for short-form performance ads. You’ll also support our broader creative needs with video assets for landing pages, emails, and more.

What You’ll Do:
- Edit high-performing short-form videos for Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Cut and assemble raw footage into engaging, conversion-driven video ads
- Add subtitles, transitions, and animations to improve viewer retention
- Repurpose content across different formats and platforms
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while iterating based on performance feedback
- Collaborate with marketers and copywriters to align messaging and visuals
- Keep up with trends in editing styles, platform requirements, and performance best practices


What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years experience in video editing, ideally in performance marketing or eCommerce
- Strong portfolio of short-form video ads, UGC edits, and platform-native content
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
- Familiar with AI tools for video enhancement or editing support
- Fast and reliable with a strong sense of timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
- Comfortable working with feedback and optimizing videos for better performance
- Self-motivated and organized — you take initiative and respect deadlines

Bonus Points For:

- Experience working in DTC/eCommerce environments
- Ability to create motion graphics or animations from scratch
- Understanding of CRO principles and visual storytelling for landing pages
- Remote – Full-time or part-time:
- We're flexible — as long as you're creative, fast, and consistent.
