About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Remote Property Communications Specialist to be the primary voice and first point of contact for our tenants and prospects. This role is essential for managing inbound communications, quickly resolving basic inquiries, and ensuring continuous support, including during weekend hours. You'll play a vital part in maintaining high tenant satisfaction and efficient information flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Inquiry Management & Routing: Manage all incoming tenant communications via text, calls (serving as the first forward on the company phone), and email. Accurately route inquiries to the appropriate team member (e.g., maintenance requests to the Remote Property Operations Coordinator, urgent on-site issues to the Property Manager, leasing inquiries to the Marketing Associate).

Inquiry Resolution: Answer basic tenant and prospect questions and resolve basic concerns efficiently.

Tenant Communications: Send out seasonal tenant-wide announcements and reminders (e.g., seasonal maintenance).

Weekend Hours Coverage: Ensure continuous communication support during weekend hours.

Assistance & Special Projects: Assist with various special projects, including driving incentives for positive Google Reviews, creating infographics and posters, supporting online presence efforts, and data organization.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):
Proven ability to manage high volumes of incoming communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency in property management softwares e.g., AppFolio (preferred)
Experience or comfort utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT agent/Gemini "RoomUnity PM" for support.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
Flexibility to cover weekend hours.

Compensation:
Salary: $800 per month
Bonus Opportunity: Potential $100 bonus
