About Us:
Stratmedia is a US-based content agency that works with med spas, automotive, construction, and personal brands, among others. We specialize in cinematic video content and high-performance ad creatives. We’re hiring a **full-time editor** who knows how to craft stories, grade footage, and build engaging short-form videos that convert.

Who We're Looking For:

* You’ve edited for agencies or creators with high expectations
* You understand hook-based storytelling and retention pacing
* You’re proactive — you review references, deliver early drafts, and communicate clearly
* You take pride in every frame: timing, SFX, music, motion, and color
* You work fast, stay organized, and care about results

What You’ll Do:

* Edit 5–10 short-form videos per week (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, paid ads)
* Follow our “Hook ? Conflict ? Resolution” framework
* Add captions, transitions, b-roll, sound design, and cinematic color grading
* Deliver organized Google Drive folders, on time
* Be available for Slack feedback and quick revision cycles

Skills Required:

* Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a bonus)
* Knowledge of color correction and sound design
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* Fast PC + internet
* Available full-time (40 hrs/week) — no part-timers or agency editors

Compensation:

* Starting at \$300/month **per client**
