We’re hiring a full-time GoHighLevel Systems Specialist to help build and scale the backend infrastructure for a U.S.-based Christian ministry focused on music, merch, discipleship, and community. You’ll work directly with the founder (an artist, speaker, and ministry leader) to power every phase of our mission.

?? About OXEN Team Ministries
We’re building a movement to make and multiply true disciples of Jesus (Yeshua) through media, music, apparel, and an online faith community.

We operate on a white-labeled version of GoHighLevel called Aleph RM that powers our online store, donor CRM, discipleship automations, and community platform.

This is not just a technical role—it’s a chance to build the systems that power ministry at scale.

???? What You’ll Be Doing (First 90 Days)
You’ll help build or improve the following systems:

? Fix Email/SMS deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox health)
? Build customer + event contact nurture funnels
? Automate onboarding for our discipleship community
? Set up CRM pipelines for bookings, donors, and volunteers
? Assist with discipleship funnel automation inside Aleph RM

You’ll also support long-term projects like SaaS template building and launch campaigns.

???? What You Should Know
Proficient in GoHighLevel (real-world experience, not just theory)

Familiar with Zapier, Stripe, Shopify, Google Sheets, Calendly

Understands CRM automations, tagging, and deliverability

Bonus: Experience with APIs, white-labeled SaaS, subaccount automation

Full-time: 40 hours/week

$900–$1,200 USD/month, depending on experience

Must overlap 2–4 hrs/day with U.S. CST
