Job Title: Paid Ads Copywriter / Video Editor

Overview:
We’re hiring a creative and detail-oriented Paid Ads Copywriter / Video Editor to support both Goat Air (HVAC company) and Vanguard Partners (business consulting firm). This is a virtual position for a Philippines-based tea ---------- mber who will help us write ad copy, edit videos, and create campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager.

You’ll work closely with the owner to:
- Write ad scripts based on our proven frameworks.
- Send the copy/scripts to the owner for weekly filming.
- Edit raw footage into scroll-stopping social media ads.
- Set up campaigns and load ad creatives into Meta Ads Manager (no ongoing ad management required).

Responsibilities:
- Write persuasive, high-converting ad copy for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) video and image ads.
- Turn raw footage into engaging short-form video ads using text overlays, subtitles, and strong hooks.
- Design basic static image creatives using Canva (if needed).
- Upload all ads into Meta Ads Manager, including headlines, descriptions, video, thumbnails, and proper ad set configurations (audience, placement, and budget details will be provided).
- Organize ad assets in shared Google Drive folders, categorized by campaign and brand.
- Coordinate with the owner and stay on top of deadlines for both brands.

Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (setting up campaigns, not optimizing)
- Ability to write clean, attention-grabbing ad scripts
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with strong time management
- Comfortable working remotely and independently with clear deadlines

- CapCut / Adobe Premiere / Final Cut
- Canva
- Slack or WhatsApp for team communication

Compensation:
- Monthly Pay: $800/month USD
- Time Off: 1 week (5 working days) of paid time off after 90 days
- 13th Month Pay: Prorated 13th month bonus, paid out in December
