Event Promoter / Community Outreach Virtual Assistant (Remote, Part-Time)

About the Role:
I’m organizing an exciting live event and need a proactive Virtual Assistant to help promote it and drive attendance. You will be responsible for community outreach, posting in relevant groups, and connecting with local audiences to maximize event turnout.

Responsibilities:

Promote the event in Facebook Groups, Meetup, Eventbrite, Reddit, and other relevant online communities

Find and DM local influencers, content creators, and aligned audiences to invite them personally

Post engaging content and event updates in social media groups and forums

Engage with community members to answer questions and encourage sign-ups

Track outreach efforts, RSVPs, and engagement in Google Sheets or Airtable

Collaborate on creative ideas for increasing event visibility

Optional: Assist with light email or text outreach if needed
