We're Hiring: Shopify Virtual Assistant (Product Research + Product Listing)
Location: Remote – Full time / Part time

???? About Us
We run a fast-growing generalist Shopify store, powered by Google Ads. We're expanding and looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant who can help us scale by taking over product research and product listing creation.

? Your Main Responsibilities:
1. Product Research
– Follow our step-by-step product research process to identify winning products for Google Ads
– Use platforms like Amazon, AliExpress, TikTok, and competitor stores to find high-potential items
– Be proactive: if you have prior experience, we welcome your suggestions and testing ideas

2. Product Listing Creation (Shopify)
– Create compelling product pages from scratch using Shopify
– Import product images from AliExpress/Amazon/competitor websites
– Create simple text-on-image visuals to make listings more engaging (we provide tools)
– Write conversion-focused product descriptions based on examples or competitor pages

???? What We’re Looking For:
– Experience with Shopify is required
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems & SOPs
– Fluent in English – especially in writing
– Good taste in visuals / basic editing skills (Canva or equivalent)
– Ability to work independently and stay organized
– Bonus: Experience with Google Ads / Google Shopping is a plus
