## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive Assistant to join our team and drive our email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp. This is a hands-on role focused on lead generation, email campaign management, and sales support.

## Key Responsibilities

### Email Marketing & Mailchimp Management
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
- Build and organize email lists by sorting contacts into different vendor categories
- Design professional email templates that showcase our products effectively
- Source and select high-quality product images for marketing materials
- Send targeted offers to various customer segments

### Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Generate new leads and expand our customer database
- Follow up on email campaigns and customer inquiries
- Engage with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
- Work to convert leads into closed deals through effective communication

### Communication & Coordination
- Maintain regular communication via WhatsApp during business hours
- Coordinate closely with our office team on campaign strategies and results
- Provide updates on campaign performance and lead status
- Participate in strategy discussions and sales planning

## Requirements

### Essential Skills & Experience
- **Proven experience with Mailchimp** - including campaign creation, list management, and analytics
- **Email list management expertise** - ability to organize and segment contact databases
- **Sales communication skills** - experience in following up with prospects and closing deals
- **Design sensibility** - ability to create visually appealing email templates and select appropriate product imagery
- **Lead generation experience** - demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities

### Work Requirements
- **Must work during USA time zones** (EST/PST preferred)
- **WhatsApp communication required** - must be available for regular check-ins and updates
- **Strong English communication skills** - both written and verbal
- **Reliable internet connection** and professional work environment
