What You'll Do
- Lead 5-6 designers, review briefs, assign tasks, track progress.
- Hands-on design work when needed.
- Report to CEO/COO, collaborate with creative directors.
- Performance measured through data analytics.

Requirements
- 1 to 3 years team leadership experience
- Strong design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
- Print-on-demand portfolio (Wall art/T-shirts/etc.)
- Organized, deadline-focused, strong English
- Reliable PC, internet, quiet workspace
- Public link to Portfolio (Behance/Dribbble are welcome)
