Virtual Assistant (Real Estate Lead Generation – Mortgage Note Deals)

I'm seeking a skilled, organized, and dependable Virtual Assistant to assist me in generating leads and managing daily outreach for my real estate note business. You will help me connect with motivated sellers who are holding seller-financed mortgage notes and are open to cashing out.

This is a part-time remote position (1–2 hours/day) with the potential to grow based on results. You’ll be handling lead sourcing, communication, and follow-up — so consistency, great English, and attention to detail are key.

Your Daily/Weekly Tasks Will Include:
? Generate leads from platforms like:

*Craigslist (FSBO, Owner Financing, Real Estate for Sale sections)
*Zillow FSBO listings
*Paperstac

? Skip trace note holders (free or paid tools like TruePeopleSearch)
? Send text or email outreach (using templates I provide)
? Schedule and manage follow-ups with warm leads
? Log all leads, outreach, and responses into a Google Sheet tracker
? Post and refresh my deal ads on:

* Paperstac
*LinkedIn investor groups


Facebook groups (Note Investing Club, Owner-Financed Homes, etc.) and/FB ads using my ad template
Craiglist

? Communicate with me every two days with status updates

???? Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $4–$6/hour, depending on experience

Bonus: You’ll receive a $200 bonus for every lead that results in a closed deal!

? Ideal Candidate:
Fluent in written English

Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Available at least 5–6 days per week for 1–2 hours/day

Experience in real estate lead generation is a huge plus (not required)

Familiarity with tools like PropStream, Craigslist, and Google Sheets preferred

Additional skills ( not required but preferred):
- Facebook ad marketing

- Lead generation skills
